Active duty is a transformative experience away from friends, family and normal environment – when they return, members of the armed forces can start to feel alienated from those around them and past ways of living.
It is common for household shifts to occur during this time. At LUCID, family is not forgotten. Recovery happens most effectively when family and friends play a role in the healing process.
LUCID Oceanside acknowledges the need for troops AND their loved ones to feel supported during periods of transition and uncertainty. We are here to offer solid ground to military spouses and children while championing servicemembers in their lifestyle shift.
At our facility, active service members can find respite from the distractions of day to day life so they can focus on their health and restoration. Confidentiality is of the highest importance to us, and we aim to ensure each individual gets the attention they need. Meanwhile, families received assistance and attention in their needs.
LUCID Oceanside is devoted to supporting the individuals who have taken such great risks for our nation. To serve is to endure radical change and hardship for the greater good, yet the toll of the experience can last long after military members have put away their uniform.
Some veterans may feel alone in the challenge of adjusting back to life outside of active duty and deployment – we’re here to help. We want to help those who have protected our country to find a sense of peace in their lives again.
Some of the bravest among us experience PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and may not know the different shapes it can take. Our practitioners cater directly to the individual to address their specific history and the truth of their trauma.
We are here to let you know that your sacrifice has not been forgotten. You deserve care and attention that is proportionate to the intensity of your experience sacrificing for our country.
